The design for Boston Post Road proposes to transform an old, forgotten hospital building into an interactive mixed-use development. The master plan includes seven buildings centered around a central green space. The buildings are grouped into districts to cultivate diverse experiences: the Village Green, Arts District, Uptown Grounds, and Downtown Wharf. Each district employs a unique approach to building personality and geometry. Together, the districts create a community that is both vibrant and visually interesting.
Arbella at Ashland
Active Adult, Senior Living— Ashland, MA

Arbella at Ashland is a senior, active adult housing development located on 19 acres of land. It includes 156 apartments within two, 5-story buildings, 24 town-homes within four, 6-unit buildings, a stand-alone clubhouse, and detached covered parking spaces. All buildings on site cohesively thread together through pedestrian pathways that lead to the central core of human activity: the clubhouse.
